2022 Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna

This wine is made from Cannonau grapes, supplemented with Carignano grapes. Its flavor and structure are due to the hot, dry summers and mild winters. The aging process in barrels lasts approximately six months, followed by six months of bottle aging.

The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna is an intense ruby red, tending towards garnet. It boasts complex Mediterranean notes, aromas of blueberry and ripe blackberry, sweet spices, tobacco, and chocolate. On the palate, this wine is warm and smooth with sweet tannins of rare intensity. It pairs wonderfully with savory dishes such as roast and grilled meat, fish, game, and cheese.
