After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 30 months in large traditional Slavonian oak barrels. This process results in a very refined nose with aromas of juicy red cherries, roses, violets and subtle spicy notes, with minerality and a hint of licorice in the background. The taste is elegant and delicate, with small red fruits, flowers, fine acidity and ripe tannins. The wine is bottled in the bottle specially designed by Giancarlo Travaglini.

A beautiful Riesling from one of the most famous winemakers. In the glass the wine is pale yellow with light green tinges. Slightly subdued on the nose with melon, apricot, fresh herbs and minerality. The earthy minerals are strong in the mouth and the structure, although there is no residual sweetness, is greater than an average Riesling. The acids are beautifully ripe and not bitter. In the aftertaste the acids and minerals continue to compete for priority. The wine loosens your saliva and invites you to eat. The Wittmann Riesling is biodynamically made with organic certification. The winery has been voted the best winemaker in Germany several times. This wine has already won the Proefschift Wine Competition. Located 300 meters above sea level, Talamonti's vineyards cover 45 hectares and consist of stony, calcareous soils. These soils give a special character to the grapes. The grapes ripen slowly and are only harvested when they are optimally ripe, completely by hand to ensure quality. In the winery, the grapes are carefully selected and stripped of their stems. This is followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and the Moda Montepulciano D'Abruzzo matures for six months in oak barrels. The bouquet offers intense scents of cherries, plums and raspberries, which are also clearly reflected in the taste. This wine has a good structure, is elegant and offers pleasant wood notes.

Tornatore Etna Rosso 2021 is a bright, light red wine with aromas of red berries, amarene and black cherries. The taste is elegant and harmonious, with firm tannins that are beautifully balanced with the rich fruit notes. The wine gives a ripe, sultry impression and offers a refined drinking experience.

The Barolo Albe 2021 presents itself with an expressive nose full of aromas of fresh cherries, crushed stones and roses. The wine has a lively and energetic structure, with a generous mouthfeel and a youthful tannin structure, enriched with notes of raspberry and orange peel. The finish is long and textural. The 2020 Vajra Barolo Albe has been elected in the top 10 of Wine Spectator for best wines 2024

This wine perfectly represents the philosophy of winemaker Jean-Michel. It is a blend of 13 different white grape varieties that are permitted in Alsace, originating from various plots, each with its own terroir. The grapes are planted according to the traditional 'complantation' method, where they are mixed together in the same vineyard. This approach emphasises the character of both the vineyard and the vintage. The soil consists mainly of limestone and clay.
